CAE Resin

CAE is a dark reddish-brown resin in powder form, extracted from the pine knot of Araucaria Angustifolia Pine tree.

Due to its physical and chemical properties, CAE Resin is used in a wide range of industrial applications:

  • Air entraining agent in cements, mortars, and concrete to improve strength, workability, and freeze thaw resistance;
  • Asphalt emulsifier for anionic, slow setting emulsions for paving, surfacing and sealing applications;
  • Adhesives and sealants;
  • Inks and coatings;
  • Binder in paperboard and composition board;
  • Foundry molds and core washes.

CAE Resin is a natural substitute or replacement for the Vinsol resin with similar qualities, results and an attractive cost.

SBRO (soap)

SBRO  soap is an aqueous solution of a compound resin neutralized in NaOH. It is derived from the synthesis of naturally occurring polyphenol, which are specially processed resulting in a product with excellent properties as an anionic asphalt emulsifier for SS-type applications and as an air-entraining agent in concrete applications.

SBRO soap is used in multiple industrial applications:

  •  Asphalt emulsifier for anionic, slow setting emulsions for paving, surfacing and sealing applications.
  • Air entraining agent in concrete to improve freeze-thaw resistance, plasticity, workability and resistance to scaling.

Brasifen (Gum Lac)

Brasifen is a natural thermoplastic resin derived from Araucaria Angustifolia Pine tree by the alcoholic extraction of its special resinous parts. It can be produced in laminated or powder form.

Because of its particular properties, Brasifen is used in varied assortments, such as:

  • Flexographic Inks;
  • Capping Cement for Lamps;
  • Fireworks;
  • Mirrors;
  • Varnish coatings;
  • Food coatings.

Brasifen is a natural substitute for the Indian Shellac with alike properties, results and also cost-effective.
